My aim is that my business is a truly inclusive and diverse space open to all people of any gender, race or background, but I know that there is always more I can be doing as a business to achieve this.
I will continue to educate myself on issues around diversity and inclusion and learn how I can become a better ally and apply that to my business
I will research businesses that I pay, collaborate with or promote to understand their diversity and inclusion policies
I will audit businesses who wish to work with me and won’t work with those who hold harmful views
I will continue to follow, engage with and purchase from a wide range of businesses both in my personal and business life
I will not feature on blogs, podcasts, speak on panels or at events where people like me are overrepresented
I will continue to offer my services at affordable prices, with payment plan options available for larger packages
I will look into how my business can support marginalised groups, through donating my time or services to businesses who may otherwise not be able to access it

When you enquire about photography services through this website or via email, we collect information such as name, email address, phone number, details of your event. If you become a customer/client of Lucy Hannah Photography more details about you and your event may be collected as necessary to perform services.
When photographing events it may be necessary to capture photographs of attendees other than clients, permission for which has been given by clients, attendees can request to see any images taken at events and can request for images that include them not to be used for marketing purposes.

How will we use the information about you?
We use information about you to process and complete your enquiry or order of services/products. If you have agreed, you will be emailed about other services or products Lucy Hannah Photography provides that we think may be of interest to you.
Lucy Hannah Photography will not share personal data with any other companies. Except in the situation of providing suppliers of an event with photographs of their product, permission for which will be collected from client at beginning of contract.
Data will be stored in a secure CRM system, which is also data protection compliant. Any information kept in printed form will be kept in a locked cabinet/folder. Photographs will be stored on secure hard drives and password protected online galleries.

Lucy Hannah Photography will not contact you with information about products and/or services of ours or other companies without your consent.
Photographs from events may feature on Lucy Hannah Photography’s website, blog, social media, printed marketing materials or on the website of companies affiliated with Lucy Hannah Photography, when permission has been given from clients.
